2. What we collect on this site
- Your name, company, and work email from the request form.
- An optional description of the situation. Please leave out the applicant's personal details.
- We don’t use analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
3. How we use it
To reply to your request, set up the review, and communicate with you about it. We don't sell personal information.
4. Applicant documents
Your applicant's records are requested only for the review you set up, and only with their authorization. Before anything is shared, we explain how documents are sent, who sees them, and how long they're kept. Applicants sign a separate authorization that lists what we do with their documents, who handles them, and how long we keep them.
5. Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the service: Web3Forms (request form delivery), Cloudflare (domain and email routing), our website hosting provider, DocuSeal (applicant authorization and uploads), and Anthropic (AI tools used to help read and organize figures). We share information with them only to provide the service.
6. How long we keep it
Request emails: up to 2 years. Applicant documents: deleted 90 days after the summary is delivered, or later if a dispute is still open. Income summaries and applicant authorizations: 2 years.
7. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you sent us by writing to alex@riskdrop.ai.
